We do not accept returns for:

  • Customization errors provided by the customer (incorrect photo, incorrect spelling, etc.).

  • Change of mind after the order is placed.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

🔄 Exchanges
